I found a website which appears to list the plane in the photo:

In the section dealing with Beuteflugzeuge ( http://www.luftwaffe-experten.co.uk/ij.html ), an Ilyushin DB-3F with registration code '11' is given as captured at Bobruisk, ex 3 BAK.
