Brian, of documented cases I am aware of - there is one incident of III./K.G. 55 dropping on own troops with detailed losses etc. from ground unit reports, one of Stukas knocking out SPW from Leibstandarte and Schlachtflieger damaging German armoured train. Will provide further details when back at home
