Well, a bounce up of the thread as it got interesting for me. My question is because I am curious if the only source is GQ6 return, or are there any additional details in JG77 KTB that apparently survives or perhaps there is any information around from Steinhoff himself, either in form of his FB or a diary/account? Also, I am curious, who could have been responsible.
To make it clear, I do not put anything in doubt, just asking because I do not know, and I cannot check either JG77 book or Fighters over Tunisia.
