Hi John and thank you for the reply.
You are right , the incident did happen on April 17, not the 16th. The villages and towns I can see in the area on Google Earth are:
Bad Durkheim, Kallstadt, Wachenheim, Forst an der Weinstraße, Neustadt an der Weinstraße, Deidesheim. Does this match any of the losses recorded for the 17th?
