Re: Ju-188 lost near Kortenberg Belgium 1944

The book '' Wir Flogen gen Westen'' shows the aircraft of the Kom. OberstLtn Hogeback was being flown on a Feindflug by the crew of Ltn.Karge (I/KG6) on 26th.Aug. when it was involved in 'Zusammenstoss in der Luft'. The text states ''Aus nicht bekannter Ursache'' the aircraft crashed by Kortenberg killing the crew. The name of one of the Bs is given as Gef. Dufour.
The book is is pricey but worth buying certainly now with the NVM's not being available,

Regards
