Goering's Technical Officer

I am wondering if anyone can tell me who Goering's technical officer was in September 1943. His actual title was "T.O. beim Reichsmarschall". I have seen this title on several period documents, but unfortunately the officer's name was not mentioned. If anyone can help, please e-mail me at feldpost@aol.com

Thanks!

Barry
