Shot down during sortie to Liverpool and crashed at Bwlch-y-fen, nr Gwalchmai, Anglesey 22:05. Aircraft broke up in air.
Uffz Alwin Tepe (bomb aimer), Uffz Gerhard Fischer (W/T operator) and Gef Rudolf Terstegen (gunner) killed. Lt Georg Leins (pilot) missing.
