I have found a few bits of info regarding this fellow:
From Balss p. 485: Balss, Michael . Deutsche Nachtjagd – Personalverluste in Aubildung und Einsatz – fliegendes Personal (Eich, Germany: self published, 1997). 26.02.45 2./NJG 11 Bf 109 K-4 (WNr. 332522), Uffz. Georg Matt KIA crashed S of Schwetzingen during a combat mission. From the Kracker Pilot Archive: Awards: EK I and II, Night fighter clasp 08.05.44 claimed a 4 engined bomber 30 km N of Bourges Nothing in Schiebert or Scherzer. Unfortunately the Tony Woods material doesn’t seem to extend into 1945, but I did find: 17.11.43 2./NAGr. 12 Lt.Matt claimed a Spitfire near the Sangro River estuary at 10:56 hours at 1,00 m height. While this is unlikely to be the same guy, it is rather curious. DGS
