Blenheim photograph

This is a well known photograph of a 101 Squadron Blenheim (apparently!) over a burning merchant ship and I wonder if anyone can answer my query?

Does anyone know the date/details of the incident and can anyone tell me the source of the photograp and/or where I might obtain a better quality print or high res image?
