whirlwind crash 30 oct '41 brittany
Hi All,
just used a link from another board to a search engine, for brittany crashes http://baseportal.de/cgi-bin/basepor...&cmd=do_search It gives me a whirlwind crash at Kerdiny, 29630 Plougasnou, France, 30 october 1941. Presumably this is Stein's a/c, P7015, Can anyone confirm if he survived the crash, another web site states he was jewish. http://www.jewishtelegraph.com/roots_102.html also a thread here claims he bailed, out but died of wounds and is buried locally, but is mentioned on the runnymede memorial.. http://www.rafcommands.com/cgi-bin/d...rum=DCForumID6 a confused Jerry
