Signal from Führer HQ to Luftwaffe Command, 14 April 1942

This may be a long shot. I'm looking for the original German text of the top-secret signal sent from the Führer's headquarters to Luftwaffe High Command on 14 April 1942, leading to the Baedeker raids. The English translation given by several sources reads

Quote:
“The Führer has ordered that the air war against England be given a more aggressive stamp. Accordingly, when targets are being selected, preference is to be given to those where attacks are likely to have the greatest possible effect on civilian life. Besides raids on ports and industry, terror attacks of a retaliatory nature are to be carried out against towns other than London. Minelaying is to be scaled down in favour of these attacks.”
While I am able to have it translated back into German, I'm most interested in using the original wording if at all possible. Any assistance is appreciated. Thanks.
