Yak-1 "white 50" Khationki 1943
Osprey's Soviet Aces of WW2 illustrates a Yak 1, "white 50" flown by Lt Col Golubov at Khationki.
I have seen reference to Normandie-Nieman a/c at Khationki. Where is/was Khationki- I have not been able to find out through web searches or the Times Atlas of the World. ( A big atlas which includes many tiny places!) Robert |
