9 April 1943 , 486 Sq claims near Etretat
Hello gentlemen ,
That day several 486 Sq pilots shared a Fw190 in that area in Normandy. Does someone know when the fight took place ( in the morning ? ) and if possibly the victim was identified ? Seems not to be either a JG2 or JG26 loss. I do not have the book " Wild Winds " unfortunately , so if a brave soul could help... Zorglub
