Magdeburg Ju188 Crash 4.4.45 Details
Hi,
I'm looking for details of a Ju188 which was shot down in the vicinity of Niederndodeleben, west of Magdeburg (52 08N / 11 30E) at 2244 on 04th April 1945 by a Mosquito NFXXX of RAF 85 Nightfighter Squadron. The Mosquito was piloted by my Grandfather and I am trying to find the details of the aircraft he shot down such as the squadron, registration etc. I notice that a few posts on here contain Luftwaffe loss records for the 11th April 1945 and so i wondered if anyone could point me in the right direction to get the same details for the 4th april 1945...
