Airspeed Oxford Mk1 L4601 crash 4.4.1945 Shutlingsloe

Dear All
I am looking for information about the above. Airspeed Oxford Mk1 L4601 of no 17 Service Flying Training School, Cranwell crashed on Shutingsloe 4.4.1945.
My grandfather Horace Keith Shawyer FO Instructor. Three men aboard were killed, my grandfather and another man were injured. Ideally I would like to see the report into the crash, there must have been one. I understand that the Airspeed Oxford would have been dual controls and that the P2 would have ultimatley been responsible, although the P1 u/t was the pilot. I'm just searching for the facts.
