HELP wanted on french e/bay

hi; i am trying to purchace a copy of LE FOCK WULF 190 no15 by DOCAVIA on french e/bay but the seller is only listing france as his selling destination. i wonder if one of our french members would act on my behalf and place my bid.i will pay ALL FEES AND CAN PAY THROUGH PAYPAL OR MONEY ORDER IF SOMEONE CAN HELP.
