B-17 "Dear Mom"
On 17 August 1943 a B-17 (42-30389) “Dear Mom” of 331 BS, 94 BG, USAAF was attacked and shot down by Karl Borris of I. / JG26. I have two questions related to this aircraft;
1. Can someone tell me the names of the crew members and their ranks/position within the aircraft, i.e. pilot, waist gunner etc. 2. What I have found referenced on this aircraft have some sources indicating 6 crew members killed and 4 made POW's while other sources show 5 killed and 5 POW's Many thanks Jeremy
