ID of Propeller from crash site

Hello everyone,

does anyone out there recognize the following serial number which is associated with a propeller from a crash site:

Type 4/3 F. 4.300-2 F. 4.301-2

Also, a circular plate with the following on it:

Climb M.K. I B N° 7455-58 K.D.G. Thousands of ETMIM

Any help greatly appreciated.
