FW-189 losses

In my notes from the book "Attack of the Airacobras" the 216 later 9 Guards IAP claimed FW-189s on the following dates:
24 Aug 43 rammed
26 Sept 43
28 May 44
9 May 45

Does anyone have any information on the unit, crews ect of the above. I realize information on the last one may be impossible. thanks in advance.
