Reason for ZG26 relocation from Lfl.2 to Lfl.1 in mid-july 1941

Hello to all!
What was the reason for ZG26 relocation from Lfl.2 to Lfl.1 in mid-july 1941 apart from VIII.Fl.Kp.? And what are the exact date for relocation each steffel (it seems they are flown gradually)?
