Do 217 ground collision Soesterberg 29.4.42
Hi all,
On 29 April 1942, a Do 217 from KG.2 and another from KG.40 were involved in a landing collision at Soesterberg airfield. The F and Bm from the latter were killed. Can anyone shed any light on the details of this incident - and in particular whether either of the two aircraft had been involved in the raid (29/30 April) against Norwich ? TIA for any information.
