Hello,
Thanks to Brian Tait, we have an image of this. It appears that this is probably an IMW photo. I did some research in their on-line photo ordering website, but everything gets down to using the right keywords. If anyone has a copy for an original print of this that they could send me, or better yet, the IWM photo number for ordering, I would appreciate it. Regards, Oops, I'm out of room for posting photos to my account. Will have to drop photos from earlier posts and try again.
