Oberst Gunther Von Maltzahn
A question..
At the Bundesarchiv there are photos of the delivery of the Bf.109 by JG.53 to 3° Gruppo Autonomo CT (photo by Ketelhohn).. And in addition there are other two pictures (photo by Marnowitz) where the Bundesarchiv given as "1941-1942", but I think they are even of May 1943 during the day of delivery of the Messerschmitt..One of these pics is with oberst Gunther Von Maltzahn interviewed with an italian pilots on background. The other is with a Bf.109 and Macchi with italian specialists. Do you think my interpretation is correct? Thanks to all, Daniele. Last edited by Daniele Gatti; 28th April 2012 at 18:18.
