Re: P-47 crash-landing 03-16-45 in Remagen-bridgehead

Hello,

I can confirm the crashplace of Beeson, there are some local reports about his loss.

A P-51 (44-62203) came down near Vielbach on 28.02.1945, I hope there is no mix-up with Rives' crash three weeks later.

There is a third loss N of Quirnbach, but according to a local eye witness this should have been a 109 or 190.

Regards

Heuser
