Lowell K. Brueland - July 2, 2012
Sorry to report that Lt. Col. Lowell K. Brueland, pilot of the P-51Ds "Grim Reaper" and "Wee Speck", of the 355th Fighter Squadron, 354th Fighter Group, 9th Air Force, ETO, passed away July 2nd in Westminster, SC.
"Brue" was officially credited with 12.5 aerial victories, plus 2 during the Korean War. He will be missed.... Tripp Alyn
