When/where did teh 358th FG became the "Orangetails"?

Hi all,

any idea when/in which one circumstaces, the 358th FG became the famous "Orangetails" group?

I believe it was in Toul, but some picts let me imagine it allredy was orange-tail-painted in Normandie or central France.

Do someone have an evocation of the orange-painting history?

Thanks for help!

Mathias
