Don't forget Marc Deboeck , without him this project would never exist . This is our friendship and madness that enable us to realise it !

Next part , next year , You should be aware that to achieve such a quality it is a long time process and that we do it on our free-time , our second job every day . We do take a little pause (to few weeks for our wives !) after completion of volume I after several years of efforts.

Never mind volume II is well advanced but there is still a lot to do to complete it . And we don't want to sacrifice quality to speed .

I think that all of you could understand why to be patient some months more , be aware also that we are very pleased and conforted in our choices , by all the messages we received since the publication .
