Simon,

The source of the Tulln He 162's Werknummer is a Jim Crow photo of the aircraft. While the werknummer is visible in ny copy of the photo, it is not legible. However, it must be in the original as Jim indicates on the back that the Werknummer is "220092". Perhaps it would be worthwhile to contact him directly to confirm this.
