Gents,

Simon and I have been chatting about this topic off-board and in order to keep the aircraft straight in my mind, I created these little tables (attached). The information comes form the references noted below, as well as some interpretation on my part of the various photos extant, similarities to camouflage and markings, etc.

Take a look through it and feel free to point out errors, suggest corrections, etc. Perhaps someone can add the latest information on the French examples.
