Another eBay Ju 88 crash
At eBay here is another selection of photos of a Ju 88. The seller claims that it is a Ju 88 "T5+.U" of Westa 1 ObdL 1940 which crashed upon its take-off from Oldenburg. The pilot is unknown.
I am well aware that this particular seller usually gives detailed descriptions for the photographs, but that they are often wrong. All that can be said with certainty is that it is a Ju 88 carrying the T5+ code and that the crash occurred in German held territory. Hopefully this might still limit the candidates for this aircraft? Ian |
