Fairey Battle K9183 crew members

The pilot of this aircraft was Flying Officer Douglas Alexander Cameron (RAF 39455). Does anyone know the full names and service numbers of the other crew members Sgt C.S. Hart and AC1 J.G. Ward, both captured?
