Luftwaffe aircraft propeller??
Hi guys,
some years ago I bought this heavy damaged propeller...the seller told me it cames from a german bomber shut down in Normandy during the D-day...ok I know it's a beautiful story but probably too much too be true!! BTW the propeller (or what it's remain) it's in wood with a metal base, there are some code on it, probably the serial number...and a simbol that means it was a 3-props engine ( or I think so...) Do you have some idea?? What kind of airplane can be? Can be identificated? I found out it is very similar to a Ju-88 prop but some has metal blades, other wood blades...I don't know Thanks for any help Davide
