Plate from engine cowling

Hi All

Please decipher the plate, in my opinion, may be the engine cowling??

Data plate:

Gerat - Nr. 9-8013 B - 2
Werk - Nr. 1087502270
Hersteller MNR - Motor werke from Leipzik?
