Re: Late war Bf 109 pictures source
Hi there Gang,
A new challenge for yet another rainy Sunday: thanks to Peter, over on LEMB, we have a very nice shot of what I interpret as a WNF built Bf 109 G-14 "W-0+66" flown by 101 Vadaszezred in late 1944 or early 1945: http://www.flickr.com/photos/2809206...in/photostream Note the three first digits of the W.Nr. at the usual WNF position, at the base of the fin. Though blurred I read 512. A confirmation as well the location of this landing mishap would be much appreciated! Cheers Marc |
