No.115 Squadron Lancaster crash 05.02.1944

Gents,

While on a BULLSEYE exercise Lancaster Mk.II DS827 KO-B flown by Sergeant William Bishop crashed at around 2020hrs at Great Dunmow, Essex. Was the cause of this crash ever established ? I have checked the ORB and Station records to no avail. My Form 1180's are out on loan.

TIA

Steve
