Crew 2./606 1939-1940
Seeking picture(s) of the following 2./606 crew: Lt z. See Helmut Kühl, Fw Kurt Heinreiche (or Hinrichs), Uffz Otto Klepzig and ? ? Freiling (rank and first name unknown.
This crew had a brief engagement with a 269 Sqn Anson over the North Sea on 19 September 1939. The first three (at least) became PoWs after being shot down by a 224 Sqdn Hudson (N7217) off Kinnaird Head on 11 April 1940. Bill Norman (www.billnorman.co.uk)
