Ju 88 loss on the 01.11.1941???
Hi All,
We have been sent this information from a former seaman who went to the crash site next day. This is exactly what he sent: Night of Nov. 1st. 1941 , Ju 88-A5, Wk No. 2259, 5K+EV from 4 / KG 3 based at Chievres crashed and expoded , killing all the crew , on a farm at Poulton, near Chester, England. Crew : Pilot Fw. Willy Kraft Obs. Gfr. Heinrich Joseph Radio Ufz. Johan Metzler Gnr. Ufz. Josef Lehner I can not find this loss in my records for that date, anybody have any ideas?
