Which Allied pilot was in battle on 8 May 1941 on Western front
I'm looking for information related to an incident when a Do 215 of Aufkl.Gr.Ob.d.L. was slightly damaged in an air battle on the Western Front. It appears that one German Crew member lost his life, while damage to aircraft was reported as only 5%. Which Allied pilot/s and units were involved?
The Allied claim could of course have been reported also as a Do 17 for obvious reasons. Best regards /Mikael
