Spitfire V AD581 (UZ-M)

According to various entries for Spitfire V AD581 (UZ-M) it crashed in Ruislip, Northolt and Harrow. Can anyone pin it down to a particular street?

It was flown by Sgt S. Czachla, of 306 Sqn who was injured when he ran out of fuel after patrol over Dieppe and crash-landed at residential area on 19.08.1942.

NB some say it was AD591, with is incorrect
