Crash site of a Lancaster query

A friend on another board is looking for a more exact location for the crash site of a 103 Squadron Lancaster Mk 1 flown by S/L KG Bickers, serial no ME665.

Hi Folks,

I am having a bit of trouble finding the crash site of a Lancaster shot down on the 24th March 1944.

It was a 103 Squadron Lancaster Mk 1 flown by S/L KG Bickers, serial no ME665

His brother wants to visit the crash site, which he has been told is near Janickendorf, but the records say Luckenwalde - which is nearby. Both are a bit to the south of Berlin.

Is there any way of getting a more accurate location - say a map reference?

He has just told me that his son is taking him to Berlin on the anniversary of his brothers death, so I am a bit short of time!

Any help, or additional information, would be much appreciated.
