Radiation tag in the cockpit of the Ta-152H-O at Garber?

Note the radiation warning tag attached to some wires in the cockpit of the Ta-152H-O at Paul E. Garber facility. What is that for? Is all the labeling on the instrument panel done in Tritium or Radium 226 paint?
