Bomber loss for March 1945

I don't have much information for U.S. bomber losses for March 1945 but I am looking for a B-17 or B-24 that was hit in the region of Berlin. The crew continued flying the bomber into Poland before bailing out and being recovered by the Russians. This could have been with the 8th or 15th USAAF. Would like the names of the crew if possible.
