Aircrfats ID

Any idea regarding the ID of both aircraft depicted

1. The P-38 possibly nose art LEA or IRA to which FG of
the 15 AF did it belong to ?

2. Was the depicted B-24D a maritime patrol version or was
just the artwork possibly States side this way ?
