III/JG 54 04 Jan 1943
On going through Prien's JFV 9/III it lists on the 04 Jan 1943 the following losses for III/JG 54.
Fw. Alfred Bleck 7/JG 54 on Bf 109 G-2 (# 13 756) crashed at Nevel' resulting in 100% loss and his death. Unk. pilot 8./JG 54 Bf 109 G-2 (# 10 435) crashed at Isotscha because of bad ground conditions resulting in 60% damage. Can anyone give more details as III/JG 54 was operating around Velikiye Luki this day, so could combat damage have been a result on returning? |
