Debris of unkown aircraft
Hello guys, I have uploaded some photos of few debris of an unknown allied aircraft found in Northwestern Greece. Sources say that the aircraft crashed between 1943-1944 and was one-manned (pilot was speaking English). Looking at the screws of the aluminium part it seems that the aircraft is of american construction (Philips screws). This part also contains an elastic piece which shows that it might come from the canopy area. There is also a small amount of the camouflage colour under the elastic part which seems to be RAF Olive Drab. Any ideas for the id of the aircraft?
