Alex, I think all the ones you list that have MACRs can probably be eliminated. We have looked at the MACRs on fold3 and you have both? MACRs for Coulson and Brewer. None of the serial numbers match, correct?
Robert W Crawford is interesting, because he was killed at Dvar on 25 May 1944. He was not a pilot, however, so there is no MACR. This link says Crawford accompanied Col George Kraigher on a mission, apparently to meet with Tito on behalf of General Eaker.
