Ta152C Operational Log Help

Hello,
I am new here so please bear with me. I am looking for a copy of the log that supposedly showed the 2 operational Ta152C's at the end of April 1944 of JG301. I am almost sure I saw a copy of it in a book I have but cannot locate it to save my life. I was almost positive it was a Crandall book but cannot locate it. I am pulling what little hair I have left out. Am I nuts? Didn't I see a copy of it somewhere? I was doing research for a 1/48th scale model I was wanting to build. Any help would be appreciated.
