Are you telling me that the spinner is still in place in that photograph? I don't believe it is. First, the hub holding the template in place is the size of the prop shaft, not the size of the spinner hole. Second, from what I can tell in the photograph, the prop blades and bottom of the cowl would be placed further backmore if the spinner was still on.
