Gerhard Raht Ju88 4R+AB issue
Both the Officer Career Summaries and the Kracker database say this a/c was a G-6, with the Career Summaries stating it was lost on 24 June 1944. I have not found a Werknummer for this a/c. The code is clearly one for Stab I./NJG2.
BUT the Flugzeugbestand und Bewegungsmelden for I./NJG2 shows no G-6's in the Gruppe until September 1944. Prior to that there were C-6, R-2 and G-1, all of which were present in June. Can anyone confirm the aircraft type lost by Raht on 24/6/44? Thanks Peter
