Bf109G-6 W/Nr. 411788 abandoned at Melsbroek, Belgium

Hi,

Bf109G-6 Black 15 W/Nr. 411788 (back spinner with yellow and white spiral, engine DB605-A1 HSQ 00705009) was found abandoned , burnt out, in an hangar at Melsbroek airfield, Belgium during September 1944.

Are any additional details about this plane available, s.a. unit and operational use ?

Many thanks and best regards

Luc
